I’m so excited to share this upcoming meeting info with you! I know that for some, attending a meeting in the morning regardless of which side of the bay we’re on can be challenging. For July we’re going to try something different. Our next meeting is Wednesday, July 10th @ 9am. This will be a virtual meeting, that you can attend from anywhere as long as you have internet access. Because we’ve had a lot of interest in the topic of unconscious bias in hiring, we’ve procured an excellent speaker to deliver a webinar designed to help you navigate the path to diversity in hiring. Our speaker/host, Melissa Dobbins, will be delivering an actionable, step-by-step plan to achieving a diverse and inclusive hiring program. Additionally, you can earn SHRM credits for attending!
During this webinar, we will explore the rich landscape of hiring and how to blaze a trail to an unbiased, diverse program: from communication and candidate experience, to qualifications, candidate evaluations, assessments, and finally candidate selection.
